I cannot say enough good things about Allison. Our family is moving from VA to SC which means we did most of our stuff long distance. My wife and I started our journey to home ownership several years ago with one of her customers who is a realtor, after initial contact with him and their loan officer we never heard anything again. After a couple years of hardship and getting everything on track the wife and I started looking online at some properties. That's how we found Allison Curti, she is an amazing realtor. We looked at our first property with her in march or April of 2020. She was really professional and very sweet to our kids from the first moment she met them. We didn't know to much about the home buying process but she was very helpful in explaining it to us. We were in contact with a loan officer she recommended and they put us on the right path. At well over 100 years old, my listing wasn't one that would appeal to the average buyer. As a first time home buyer, Topher and team held my hand through the entire process which is what I needed. As first time home buyers, we were totally naive to the home buying process. We also had a tall order for what we wanted between low cost, lots of land, and not too far from work. Chris held our hands through it all. He set us up with a FHA lender and within a week of contacting Chris, we had a contract signed. When I started online research about moving to Charleston, I was very fortunate to contact Chris about a house on James Island via Zillow which had sold. Chris responded very quickly to my enquiry, brought me up to speed with the market and after listening to my needs and timeline ( planning a move form DC to Charleston over 6 months) steered me towards new construction. He was on top of everything from day one. He was very eager in working on the sale of my home and he literally handled everything from start to finish. Chris (Topher) was referred to me by a coworker who was able to sell his house quickly and sold above market value. Chris listed our house online on a Sunday and we were under contract by Friday. He sold our house for more than we expected and was extremely helpful when recommending selling options that we weren't aware of. Chris and his assistant Ashley Beames were great keeping us informed of any changes or delays. We have recommended Chris to friends, he is great and looks after your best interests.

We tried twice to sell our home over 1.5 years. We gave our first realtor 8 months and they were only able to get 2 showings during that time. They always wanted to do open houses, which generated no true prospects. We took the house off the market and about one month later we gave another local realtor (Caleb Pearson) a shot and he was never able to get one showing in less than 3 months. He also was in contact with us once a week for about the first 3 weeks and then we wouldn't hear from him. At that point we took our house off the market for 7 months when we decided to try and sell again. We interviewed more than one realtor this time and Topher just happened to call us the same week we were interviewing so we fit him in. We couldn't be more happy that we took that one last interview because it was the best selling experience. My wife and I both knew we were hiring this guy within a few minutes of talking to him. I thought about selling my house for a long time after having it listed with 2 other agents. With those agent I had signed the paperwork, they took the pictures, had a few laughs, then I never heard from them again until my house went expired. I maybe got 10 showings between the 2. I still had realtors calling me for the listing. I feel bad for saying this now, but I would be rude to all the agents that called. I was just sick of it all.
